I spy......A Tyrannical Government!

"The government's been in bed with the entire telecommunications industry since the forties. They've infected everything. They get into your bank statements, computer files, email, listen to your phone calls... Every wire, every airwave. The more technology used, the easier it is for them to, keep tabs on you. It's a brave new world out there. At least it better be."--Brill from the movie "Enemy Of The State"

In the movie "Enemy Of The State" the main character is tracked because it is believed that he has something that could embarrass a prominent public official. The agency that tracks him electronically throughout the film is the NSA and it seemed rather 'out there' until I heard about our own President declaring us all Enemy's Of The State:

"Under a presidential order signed in 2002, the intelligence agency has monitored the international telephone calls and international e-mail messages of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people inside the United States without warrants over the past three years in an effort to track possible "dirty numbers" linked to Al Qaeda, the officials said. The agency, they said, still seeks warrants to monitor entirely domestic communications."

If this wasn't outrageous enough this type of in your face TYRANNY, the President has gone on record as saying (and this is an accurate reflection of his reaction to the leak) that basically he doesn't care if peoples rights were violated and will continue spying on Americans.

He is actually angry that the NY Times (god bless them!) have exposed his despotism and called the NY Times 'shameful'.

No Mr. Aspiring Fascist 4th Reich wanna be you are the one that should be ashamed of yourself.

The only that has committed Treason against the lives, liberties, and property of the American people is you by your despicable act.

Here are a couple quotes about the same story from our aspiring Dictator:

"My personal opinion is it was a shameful act for someone to disclose this very important program in a time of war," Bush told a news conference at which he was questioned repeatedly about the controversial operation disclosed on Friday by The new York Times.

"You got to understand, and I hope the American people understand, there is still an enemy that would like to strike the United States of America and they are very dangerous."

Yes and that enemy occupys 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and is becoming more dangerous everyday.

I spy......A Tyrannical Government!

Can an Anarchist experience Schadenfreude? HELL YEAH!

"In conclusion, I still maintain that George Bush and his subordinates knowingly lied us into war. Let me offer one last bit of armchair logic: If Bush really thought Saddam (a) had stockpiles of WMD and (b) was too crazy to respond rationally to threats of reprisal, then why would Bush send in American troops? Can you imagine the public outcry if, say, 850 US troops were killed in a single day by chemical weapons? Wouldn’t it make a lot more sense to invade Iraq if the president knew Saddam would love to acquire (but didn’t quite yet have) those nasty weapons?"Who's lying about Iraq?" by Bob Murphy

Just who is lying about Iraq? Apparently the soldiers are starting to figure out and one has even vented his frustrations on the Warmongering supporters of the President.

On a story such as the one I am about to discuss I feel torn.

On the one hand, my advocacy as an Anarchist in the inviolability of private property I find it incredibly hard (although tempting) to applaud the actions of the Officer in this story.

I must confess though to feeling a certain level of guilty pleasure upon hearing what this man did.

Below is an excerpt from the story:

"DENVER - The Air Force Reserve plans to discharge a lieutenant colonel accused of defacing cars that had pro-Bush bumper stickers, the military said Friday. Lt. Col. Alexis Fecteau, a pilot with 500 combat hours in the first Persian Gulf war and the Balkans, is charged with criminal mischief for allegedly using paint stripper to write a profanity about Bush in 18-inch-high letters on cars at Denver International Airport.
The cars had bumper stickers supporting President Bush and conservative talk-show host Rush Limbaugh."

I cannot wait to hear the Bushitas spin on this story!

"We believe it was one of those weak kneed limp wristed cut and run Liberals."

Right......With 500 combat hours in the First Persian Gulf war and the Balkans.

Which brings me to my opening question in the title of this piece.

Can an Anarchist experience Schadenfreude? HELL YEAH!

Oh well, if I am going to go to hell I might as well enjoy the ride!

God Bless Howard Stern! The FCC's days are numbered...One can only hope.

'WE PLAYED DILDO GOLF, WE PLAYED WHEEL OF SEX, WE ARE THE LAST OF A DYING BREED. THIS IS A BIG MOMENT. WE BROKE EVERY RULE KNOWN TO RADIO AND MANKIND. THE GOVERNMENT SAYS CLEAN UP YOUR ACT, WE SAY NEVER.'--Howard Stern at a rally celebrating his entry into uncensored Commercial Satellite Radio

I usually do not talk about celebrities on this site but this is too good of a story to ignore.

Howard Stern, the self proclaimed King Of All Media and a permanent thorn in the side of Station Managers not to mention the Fascist FCC almost since his first day on the air held a rally in which he celebrated his entry into Commercial (meaning not controlled by the busybodies at the FCC) radio on Sirius Satellite Radio:

"I wanna ram that fist right up (radio station owner) Clear Channel Broadcasting, I wanna ram that fist up the religious right. ... For all those radio stations that fired me: F-em! You fired me? We fired YOU!" Stern crowed.

http://today.reuters.com/news/NewsArticle.aspx?type=entertainmentNews&storyID=uri:2005-12-16T193346Z_01_KRA628036_RTRUKOC_0_US-MEDIA-STERN.xml&pageNumber=1&summit=

To be totally honest I have only listened to Howard Stern maybe twice but that is my choice which is exactly the point here.

The Government has no right ( and I don't give flying flip what the FCC says) to tell you what you can and cannot listen to or watch for that matter. The Government is not your father and it is NOT your mother and it's about time people start taking responsibility for their own and more importantly the lives of their children.

If Howard Stern says something that offends you or you find in poor taste then CHANGE THE FREAKIN CHANNEL!

If you have children and don't want them to listen then DON'T FREAKIN LET EM!

I have never been a fan of Howard Stern as noted by my comments above but....

GOD BLESS HOWARD STERN for thumbing his nose at another useless Government agency which means the FCC's days are numbered, one can only hope.

Homeland Scarecurity Thugs get their first kill....I feel safer already! NOT!

"[During the 20th century]... 170 million men, women, and children have been shot, beaten, tortured, knifed, burned, starved, frozen, crushed, or worked to death; buried alive, drowned, hung, bombed, or killed in any other of the myriad ways governments have inflicted death on unarmed, helpless citizens and foreigners."- R. J. Rummel, Death by Government

The violence that is the essence of ALL State action was on full display on December 7th 2005 in Miami where an innocent American was MURDERED (the gunning down of someone like he was some sort of rabid dog is NOT an accident!) by Homeland Security Thugs (aka Federal Air Marshals) for supposedly having a bomb.

This action must have been part of those great new enhanced security measures the TSA Nazis have been talking about!

Since this story broke several eyewitnesses (guess the Air Marshals weren't that good a shot or ran out of bullets) have stated since the Government's story (aka Big Lie) was reported
ad neuseam by the Government media that the man never said he had a bomb. Oops! Somebody's lying and I bet this group also knows where the WMD's are buried!

An excerpt reporting of the execution of this collateral damage (Government speak for someone standing in the way of us exercising more power) in the War on Terror (looks like the Air Marshals got the Terror part mastered) is below:

"The passenger, identified as Rigoberto Alpizar, a 44-year-old U.S. citizen, was gunned down on a jetway just before the American Airlines plane was about to leave for Orlando, near his home in Maitland."

"It was quite scary," she told the TV station via a cell phone. "They wouldn't let you move. They wouldn't let you get anything out of your bag."

Just another day in the War Of Terror!

Terrorizing the American citizenry that is.

DISOBEY! When faced with State aggression!

"Disobedience is the true foundation of liberty. The obedient must be slaves." – Henry David Thoreau
Just how did we reach such utter contempt for human liberty that a bunch of thugs can commandeer a bus and demand everyone (who have done NOTHING WRONG!) produce ID
and when one person refuses to be treated like cattle they are immediately arrested?!?
The answer is the War on Freedom...err...Terror.
Since the War on Terror has been declared Law EnFORCEment has concluded there is NO limits on what they can do to terrorize the citizenry.
This started with the airports. Then has mission creeped over to the Subway system.
Now we cannot even sit quietly on a Bus without Jackbooted Thugs getting in our faces and demanding we show our papers?
The latest outrage occured in Lakewood Colorado and excerpts from the article are below:
"Davis, 50, of Arvada, refused in September to show her identification when federal police boarded RTD's No. 100 bus when it entered the Federal Center. Davis wasn't getting off there but riding through on her way to work elsewhere, as were some other passengers.
Federal police removed her from the bus and handcuffed and ticketed her for refusing to show her ID. She is scheduled to appear in federal court Dec. 9. "
What is as shocking (if not moreso) than someone getting arrested for merely refusing to identify herself (circa 1930s Germany) is a response to what she did by one of the readers of the newspaper also in the article:
"They should have shot this (expletive deleted) first and then looked through her purse for ID."
No doubt a Bush 4th Reich supporter and listener of Conservative Talk Radio!
Not all readers shared this persons vile Statist views though:
"Good for her. This country is becoming more and more a police state!!!! Well done!!"
Well done indeed.
